PayDelay is presented here as a tool for preparing and reviewing informational estimates about late-payment interest and related rule context.

A PayDelay result or PDF is not a formal invoice, payment demand, court filing, or final legal determination.

4. Rules and sources

PayDelay can show the rule version, catalog version, rate used, and source provenance attached to an informational estimate.

Source material, catalog entries, and update timing can change. You are responsible for reviewing the context shown with the result.

Do not treat a screenshot, saved output, or earlier export as evergreen legal data.

5. Results and statutory fees

The estimated total can include calculated interest and any applicable statutory fee when that is relevant to the selected rule path.

A PayDelay result does not state a final entitlement figure or the final recoverable amount in your case.

6. PDFs, history, and sharing

PDF export, saved history, favorites, and similar features are convenience tools for reviewing and reusing an informational estimate.

  • A PDF is not formal evidence or a final legal report.
  • Sharing is handed off through your operating system and chosen app.
  • Local history and generated files remain subject to your device and app controls.

7. Acceptable use

Availability, source links, and connected distribution destinations can change over time and may depend on systems outside Flovanta.

When the public Google Play link is enabled, the verified store listing governs current distribution information.

9. Intellectual property and liability

PayDelay branding, content, and software materials remain the property of Flovanta or its licensors unless a different right is stated explicitly.

To the extent permitted by law, Flovanta is not responsible for decisions you make by relying on an informational estimate without verifying applicable local rules.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated if the verified PayDelay product contract or public distribution details change.
